Cosmetic surgery: THE ART OF BALANCE

It is difficult to define what is beauty, since it is a very subjective and dependent variables cultural, ethnic and fashion, making the concepts change with time and geography.

But basically, except fashions and seeking to subvert or temporary break and that past trends tend to be of short duration (the most current examples of this would be the excessive valuation of thinness in women, responsible for the high incidence of anorexia now). The beauty we could define as the existence of a balance in shares. At least, as <Plastic Surgery, this is the primary concern of my performance, and what gives me the best results.

If a woman has no chest or what is excessive, disproportionate and is asked to increase it or reduce it to feel comfortable with the current aesthetic standards. A nose too big an unbalanced side and the factions may be very aggressive, even in a man, if not corrected this defect. A nose too small, whether by accident or congenital, it is attractive, and we will have to correct it by making it bigger: In a word, more proportionate, more balanced.

We talked about the patterns of beauty vary, and we find an example in the impact of a strong aesthetic problem that had never existed until now: the so-called cellulitis, or accumulation of fat in the thighs and buttocks of women. What a historically has been a generally favorable attribute from the aesthetic point of view (beyond the hype, we go back to the concept of balance), has become a stigma to be eliminated.
And as we work to improve the physical condition of people we can not turn our backs on the changes in the schedules aesthetic (despite the fact that we can not experiment with them, as do painters, sculptors or couturiers), we have invented ways to eliminate that localized fat and give that region anatomical proportions more in line with the current fees.

But the concept of balance in cosmetic surgery goes far beyond those strictly physical proportions of measures in centimeters. There are also, and it is essential that I find the balance between what can be done and the result predictable (sometimes what we get does not justify the suffering or the risk taken), and the balance of the means employed, including in relation the risk and predictable outcome: For example, a liposuction done in any place other than an operating room of a clinic has a very high risk of serious complications, and does not compensate for the reduction of the cost with the aim to justify that those who do.
