Panic Attacks

Panic attacks are the manifestation of inappropiate anxiety often associated with one or more of the 'so called' anxiety disorders, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder or 'non specific' phobias such as agoraphobia and social phobia.

A panic attack causes the fastest and most complex reaction known within the human body. The symptoms of panic attack immediately effect the eyes, several major glands, the brain, the heart, lungs, stomach, intestines, pancreas, kidneys and bladder, and the major muscle groups. The cardiovascular system is revved up, and the breathing rates increase. The body's metabolism increases and excess fatty acids and sugars are sent into the bloodstream. The physical reaction to a panic attack can make a person believe and feel like they are dying. The greater the physical symptoms are during an attack the more emotionally stressful the attack is.

Regardless of how intense your anxiety or panic disorder is, of how long you have suffered or whether you are taking medication, we can show you exactly what tens of thousands of other panic disorder sufferers have done to eliminate their anxiety conditions, quickly and permenently.
